T'ai Chi Chih
T'ai Chi Chih is a graceful, rhythmic 20 movement form done in a very relaxed manner. You can use music, if you wish. It takes very little space. Benefits to health of body, mind and spirit come with 20 minutes careful daily practice.
Sr. Kay Morrell was Ontario’s first accredited instructor in T’ai Chi Chih. During 22 years of teaching, she has developed a reputation as a clear and patient instructor. Nine of her students have become accredited teachers, themselves.
